No complaint, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would stay here again without hesitation. The location was perfect and magnificent - just walking distance from everywhere I wanted to go. I ate at the in-house restaurant near the hotel.

We liked the food and location, no complaints. We had a warm welcome, helpful staff. Only 5 minutes drive to the world of miniatures. The view from the patio...

Our room was modern and neat, offered with a very lively shower, and comfortable beds. the location was particularly good, close to a platform leading to the actual entrance and a big, green park.

Front desk employee did not speak english ! No elevator from the ground floor to the first floor, unacceptable when you are heavily loaded with luggages. No wifi in the room (cable only). Expensive shuttle service to the airport (2 times 500 Vzech Krones). When I cheked in, I informed about the early departure time the following morning (4:15 am). I paid for the beakfast because I was told it was no problem to leave early and have breakfast at 4:00 am. W R O N G ! I was not even given a cup of coffee, conclusion is that I paid for nothing the breakfast, no reimbursement possible ! I do not recommend as I feel deceived and abused.

We stayed here for 1 night and had a pleasant experience. the location was absolutely perfect - within a short walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. the service was exceptional, and the food was tasty.

The breakfast here is amazing with a great selection of delicious food, and the premium king room we stayed in had just been renovated.

We enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's location, especially its proximity to the Ostrava Arena and the airport industrial zone. the breakfast selection was impressive and included a variety of leaf teas. the staff were professional and the receptionist spoke excellent English. the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short stay. the hotel also provided a car winter station at the entrance, which was helpful.
